About CSI2

CSI2 是”資安調查員和講師”的縮寫，我們的主要目標是透過數位鑑識領域的專業知識提供專業的資安事件調查分析和資安人才培訓服務。資訊安全的範圍相當廣泛，以人體健康作為比喻，資安事件是可以造成危害人體的所有風險，若我們發現身體不適，習慣上會先去藥房買藥，沒有改善或惡化後才會求診甚至被緊急送醫。CSI2能在事件發生前針對資訊系統做一般或深度健康檢查，找出可能會導致發生問題的癥結；也能在事件發生的當下扮演救護車的角色，提供緊急應變協助並盡力保留數位證據；當事件範圍或造成的損失被抑制之後，CSI2能像醫生透過看診或解剖，分析事件發生根本原因，避免類似事件再次發生。
CSI2 stands for cybersecurity Investigator & Instructor, our main goal is to provide professional cybersecurity incident investigation and training services via digital forensics domain know-how. Information security is a broad field. To use a human health analogy, an incident is any risk that could harm a person. If we feel unwell, we usually go to the pharmacy for over-the-counter medication first. If our symptoms don’t improve or worsen, we may seek medical attention or even be rushed to the hospital. CSI2 can perform general or in-depth security assessments on information systems before an incident occurs, identifying potential problems that could lead to an incident. They can also act as an ambulance during an incident, providing emergency response assistance and preserving digital evidence. After the scope or impact of an incident has been contained, CSI2 can analyze the root cause of the incident, like a doctor’s outpatient or autopsy, to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
